This bean bag chair is really large, bulky, heavy, and quite ugly! I didn’t have high hopes for this. As soon as it came out of the package, I thought I got a dud. Out of the shrink wrapped, vacuumed seal package, I was like, there’s no way this is going to be good. The packing was difficult to open, and I had trouble slicing through the very tight vacuum wrap to get to the chair, without accidently slicing through the fabric. Once I got it out, it was a scrunched up, heavy lump of a shriveled chair. I let it air out and take shape. The next morning, I was so pleasantly surprised. THIIS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE LOUNGER!!! My son is crazy about this. He calls it a mattress. And to be honest, it’s heavy like one. It’s soooo comfy. On the second night, my son wanted to have a sleep over on the “bean bag”. I’m just going to call it a lounger, because it’s not really a bean bag at all! It’s like a lounger/sofa/ mattress. Teh material inside is dense and firm. The lounger takes up a lot of space and is bulky and heavy, but let me tell you, my son, husband, and me have dozed off on this comfotable lounger! It’s so relaxing and a nice way to strech your body out after a long day. My 7 year old and I curl up on this lounger to read every night. It’s the most used piece of furniture in the house! I really can’t believe it, but it’s true. We get so much value out of this lounger than anything we’ve purchased since buying the house. It’s the highlight in my son’s room and we use it every single day since getting it! But let me tell you, it’s super ugly!!! I hate the material that it’s made of. I got the white one and the material is like permanently scrunched up with the fold marks still in tact, lol. It’s so ugly to look at that I just cover it with a bed sheet. I’m going to ask my mom to help sew me a cover for this. Despite it being unsightly, it really is comfortable. So I guess it’s a trade off!
