Chest is measured at the widest point around your bust.
Waist is measured at the narrowest part of your waist.
Seat is measured around the widest part of your butt.

Any creases work themselves out during the decoupage process or you can iron on low ‘dry heat’ on a flat surface. Do not steam as it can cause more wrinkles and sometimes separation.
